WARRANTY OVERVIEW
The DreamCline™ Adjustable Base is engineered for durability, reliability, and long-term performance. Slope Sleep LLC backs DreamCline™ with a comprehensive limited warranty designed to match leading adjustable base manufacturers while providing strong early-ownership coverage.

WHO IS COVERED
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of the DreamCline™ adjustable base and is non-transferable. Valid proof of purchase from Slope Sleep LLC or an authorized DreamCline™ retailer is required.

This warranty applies only to products used in normal residential use, which means daily use following manufacturer instructions, not exceeding weight capacity, for personal sleep purposes only. Commercial, hospitality, institutional, or rental use is excluded.

WARRANTY COVERAGE DETAILS

  1. COMPLETE PARTS, LABOR & SHIPPING COVERAGE Years 1–3 from Date of Purchase

During the first three (3) years, Slope Sleep LLC will provide comprehensive warranty coverage for any DreamCline™ adjustable base component found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

This includes: Replacement parts Standard shipping In-home labor for approved warranty repairs

This period represents the highest level of coverage under this warranty.

  1. ACTUATORS (LIFT MOTORS) 3 Years from Date of Purchase

Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the lift motors under normal residential use.

Years 1–3: Covered under Complete Parts, Labor & Shipping Coverage

No actuator coverage applies beyond Year 3.

  1. WIRELESS REMOTE CONTROL 2 Years from Date of Purchase

Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the wireless remote control.

Replacement remote provided during the coverage period Batteries are excluded Shipping is covered during Year 1 only Remote pairing or re-pairing is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  1. STEEL FRAME & STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS 20 Years from Date of Purchase

Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the steel frame and load-bearing structural components, including welds and frame joints.

Years 1–3: Covered under Complete Parts, Labor & Shipping Coverage Years 4–5: Replacement frame parts provided with free standard shipping Years 6–20: Parts-only coverage

Labor, installation, and any non-standard shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser after Year 3.

WHAT SLOPE SLEEP LLC WILL DO During the applicable warranty period, Slope Sleep LLC will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective component, or Replace the defective component with a new or refurbished component of equal or greater functionality

Replacement parts do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

Defective parts may be required to be returned within 30 days of receipt of replacement parts.

WEIGHT CAPACITY This warranty applies only if the DreamCline™ adjustable base is used within its maximum total weight capacity of 750 lbs, including mattress, bedding, and occupants.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:

a) Normal wear and tear b) Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fabric wear) c) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident d) Improper installation, operation, or maintenance e) Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications f) Damage caused by power surges or improper electrical supply g) Physical or electrical abuse of motors or remote control h) Damage occurring during transportation after delivery i) Mattresses, bedding, or accessories not manufactured by Slope Sleep LLC j) Products used in commercial, hospitality, institutional, or rental environments k) Floor models, display units, or products sold "as is"

Slope Sleep LLC will respond to warranty claims within 10 business days of receiving complete documentation. Slope Sleep LLC reserves the right to inspect the product or defective components before authorizing warranty service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute arising from this warranty shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

If any legal action is necessary to enforce this warranty, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Any legal action for breach of this warranty must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or within the applicable warranty period, whichever is longer.

LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOPE SLEEP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: SLOPE SLEEP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, REMOVAL COSTS, INSTALLATION COSTS, MEDICAL EXPENSES, OR SETUP TIME BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Repair or replacement of defective parts is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

SEVERABILITY If any provision of this warranty is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this warranty shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Slope Sleep LLC and purchaser regarding warranty coverage and supersedes all prior oral or written representations.

MODIFICATIONS Slope Sleep LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time. Modifications apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the modification. The warranty in effect at the time of purchase governs.

SURVIVAL OF TERMS The limitations of liability, disclaimer of consequential damages, and dispute resolution provisions of this warranty shall survive any termination, expiration, or cancellation of warranty coverage.

CARE & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS To maintain warranty coverage:

Use the DreamCline™ adjustable base according to the owner's manual Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity Use a quality surge protector Protect electrical components from moisture and spills Contact Slope Sleep LLC before attempting any repairs

WARRANTY REGISTRATION (OPTIONAL) Warranty registration is not required, but encouraged to expedite service.
