DreamCline Adjustable Bed Return Policy
At DreamCline, our adjustable bed systems are typically purchased following an in-person demonstration at a retail location, trade show, or partner showroom. This hands-on experience ensures customers understand the product’s comfort, features, and operation before making a purchase.
Because these systems include precision mechanical and electronic components—and may be rendered unsaleable once unboxed or partially assembled—we maintain the following return policy to protect product integrity and ensure consistent quality for all customers.
Opened or Installed Products
Once a DreamCline adjustable bed system has been opened, assembled, or installed, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We strongly recommend inspecting all boxes and components prior to assembly. If anything appears missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before setup so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If you have setup or compatibility questions, our support team is available before and during installation to help ensure a smooth experience.
Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened, factory-sealed bed system:

Contact DreamCline in writing within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) at contact@dreamcline.com. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.

A restocking fee of up to 25%, determined upon inspection, will be applied to cover handling, testing, and inventory reintegration costs.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products must be sent in their original, unopened packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories.

Returns without a valid RMA, or items received in damaged or incomplete condition, may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
Inspection Upon Return
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm they meet return eligibility requirements. Items showing signs of opening, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund. DreamCline’s assessment of product condition and refund eligibility will be final.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. These cases are handled under our Warranty and Replacement Policy, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Retail Purchases
Products purchased through authorized retail partners are subject to that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the retailer directly for returns or exchanges.
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects may be submitted directly to DreamCline regardless of purchase location.
